Compliance & Disclosures

Built to satisfy bank, lender, and investor diligence.

This page summarizes how Sturdivant Legacy LLC is organized, what we do and do not do, and the policies that govern every engagement. It is maintained by the firm and provided as a courtesy to clients, counterparties, and underwriters.

Entity & Good Standing

Sturdivant Legacy LLC is a registered United States limited liability company operated under a written operating agreement. Entity formation documents, EIN verification, and certificate of good standing are available to qualified counterparties under NDA.

Scope of Practice

We provide management and strategic business consulting only. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, audit, investment-advisory, broker-dealer, lending, or insurance services. Where those disciplines are required, we coordinate with licensed third-party professionals selected by the client.

Confidentiality & Data Handling

Every engagement is governed by a mutual non-disclosure agreement. Client materials are transmitted through access-controlled channels, restricted to the assigned principal, and retained only for the duration required by the engagement and applicable record-keeping standards.

Independence & Conflicts

We maintain a written conflicts-of-interest policy, screen new engagements against active client work, and disclose any material relationships before accepting a mandate. We do not accept undisclosed referral fees from lenders, investors, or vendors.

Engagement Documentation

Every mandate begins with a written engagement letter defining scope, deliverables, fees, term, and termination rights. Change orders are issued in writing. We do not bill in arrears without a signed agreement.

Records & Audit Readiness

Engagement records, deliverables, invoices, and correspondence are maintained in an organized format suitable for client audit, lender review, or investor diligence requests, subject to confidentiality obligations to other clients.
