About

A consulting firm led by discipline, experience, and legacy.

Sturdivant Legacy LLC was founded on a straightforward conviction: the businesses that endure are the ones built with the same rigor a banker or investor would apply on day one.

Our mission

We exist to help committed founders and executive teams construct businesses that command the trust of capital markets, lenders, and federal partners. That trust is not earned through pitch decks — it is earned through the underlying quality of strategy, operations, governance, and workforce discipline.

Every engagement is designed to leave the client with a stronger foundation than we found: clearer policies, defensible documentation, repeatable processes, and the compliance posture to withstand outside scrutiny.

Whether a client is preparing for a first SBA loan, a government contract bid, or a generational transition, our standard is the same — work that is accurate, auditable, and built to last.

Leadership

Eric Sturdivant

Founder & Principal

Eric Sturdivant, Founder & Principal of Sturdivant Legacy LLC

Eric Sturdivant is a U.S. Navy veteran with 14 years of military service and more than 16 years of human resources experience. He currently serves as the sole HR authority for a multi-location oncology practice in metro Atlanta, overseeing the full HR function — compliance, employee relations, policy, and workforce operations — across five locations and roughly 55 employees.

He founded Sturdivant Legacy LLC to bring that same operational discipline to small and mid-sized businesses: fractional HR and employee-relations consulting, workplace investigations, and process-driven business systems. His approach combines military-grade execution with Lean Six Sigma process rigor, focused on building durable systems rather than one-off fixes.

Eric holds a B.A. in Human Resource Management from Park University and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). His firm is a veteran-owned business registered for federal procurement through SAM.gov.

What we stand for

Discipline

We measure twice. Every recommendation is grounded in numbers a lender would accept.

We build the kind of company that outlasts its founder — the true definition of legacy.

Candor

Clients receive direct counsel, not consultant theater. Real progress requires real conversation.
